In the movie Gattaca written and directed by Andrew Niccol, there was a god born son named Vincent Freeman who made it to the top of the genetically born class just with hard work and a life switch of a genetically born guy named Jerome Morrow. The reason for this switch was because this future based world had to classes the valids and the invalids. Vincent however, was an invalid living through a valids life (Jerome). Soon in the school of valids (Gattaca) there is a murder that you sooner find out the school director has committed. Before finding out who did this Vincent is the murder suspect because of one eye-lash that had revealed his in-validness. So Vincent (Jerome) is living through his life with a bounty over his head trying to last till the date of his departure to space. Its time for him to go and his doctor has him pee into a cup to confirm identity and vincent thinks this is where he meets his end, but his doctor already knows that he is an invalid. But because of Vincents hard work in living and surviving in a valids world he changes Vincents profile from a invalid to a valid.
In this movie the witter makes a big deal or has the focus around the valids and invalids. You can center this exact theory around race in world today. Basically like if your this race you can do what ever you please but if your this race your not allowed to do certain things. And I'm not talking black and white only for example in the Rwanda Genocide there only two groups if you weren't a Hutu you were either killed off because you were a Tutsi. Which this is just one example, but I feel this movie shows you that theirs no such thing as a better being. Sure some are better than others but it doesn't matter cause we are all one of the same people.
